Shipping + Returns

We work diligently to ensure the health of our plants. All plant purchases are final sale; however, if the health of the plant is in question within 24hrs, feel free to send us an email at hello@theplantoutpost.com with photos and a description of your concerns. Refunds are not guaranteed but we will do all we can to assist with the success of your plant.

All other merchandise (pottery, books, prints, accessories, etc.) are eligible for exchange or store credit within 7 days of purchase in store, or within 14 days of delivery of online orders.

SHIPPING:

Plants will be shipped on the following Monday after order is placed. We ship everything priority mail to ensure the fastest delivery. If there is an issue with the plant upon arrival, please take photos and contact us immediately.
