Variegated Monstera Peru will thrive in a bright/indirect light. Water it when the top inch of soil feels dry. Maintain high humidity and avoid extreme temperatures. New leaves will emerge lime green and the variegation becomes more noticeable as the plant matures, so patience is key :)
